EXCHANGES & RETURNS

  • CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ORDER?

    Delta Company Clothing will accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your purchase.  Your order must be unworn, unwashed, have the original tags, and be in like-new condition with the receipt.  A refund (excluding shipping costs) or exchange may  be approved once the purchase has been received and inspected.  Eligible refunds will be credited for the item's purchase price in the original form of payment.  Do not return any orders to us without contacting us first.

  • WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR WAS NEVER RECEIVED?

    If your purchase arrives damaged or was never received, contact us immediately.

  • CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY LAST CALL ITEM?

    All last call  item sales are final and are not eligible for an exchange/return.

  • IF MY ITEM WAS A GIFT, CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN IT?

    If you received your item(s) as a gift and are not satisfied, you can exchange it within 14 days of receiving it. The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, have the original tags, and be in like-new condition.  Once the item(s) have been received and inspected, it may be eligible for a return/exchange if you have the receipt.  If you do not have the receipt, it may be eligible for exchange only.
